Our purpose

To deliver reliable energy to the markets we operate in, and to do it as an operator that is of those markets rather than visiting them.

That shows up in how we hire, who we buy from, and where the value of what we produce ends up. A minimum of 70% of procurement spend goes to in-country suppliers, and engineering cadetships run in every country where we hold producing interests.

Our history

Mizar Eridanus Energy is the energy division of Mizar Eridanus Holdings Limited, a pan-African diversified group founded in Lagos.

The division has grown from a single onshore interest into a portfolio spanning upstream production, gas gathering and processing, and distributed power generation across eight countries.
